C.B. Grille

The C. B. Grille invites you to Copper Mountain’s most intimate and elegant dining experience. Our menu features the high country’s finest flavors with specialties such as herb encrusted roast rack of elk, hickory plank smoked wild Alaskan salmon, and grilled stuffed free range breast of chicken, as well as the mountain’s highest quality steaks prepared over our wood fired grill. The C.B. Grille is a great place for a romantic date or a special dinner with family and friends. A fireside private dining room is available for small parties. Located in Passage Point across the Covered Bridge, next to Starbucks.

Stop in for a delicious freshly made sandwich or salad after your exciting day on the mountain. Hot Coffee and espresso bar featuring Seattle’s Best Coffee drinks. We also have pastries, cookies, muffins and hot chocolate for the kids. Don’t forget to pick up one of our coffee cards and save! Camp Hale at Copper Station will continue to Located on the first floor of Copper One in the Mountain Adventure Center.

Copper Red Hots

Enjoy a new twist on an old favorite. Copper Red Hots specializes in creating the perfect hot dog, bratwurst or specialty sausage for everyone in your family. With 20 toppings to flavor your dog, you can choose from one of our creations or create a new combination of your own to satisfy your hunger. With its convenient location next to the American Eagle lift, make a quick pit stop and hop back on the lift or you can relax on our sunny patio.

Endo’s Adrenaline Cafe

If you ain’t flyin’, you ain’t tryin! Visit Endo’s Adrenaline Cafe and capture the spirit of Colorado’s high alpine sports. Endo’s features an all-day menu with favorites such as Endo’s Mondo nachos, delicious salads, Angus burgers, a turkey melt and daily soups. The Endo’s Adrenaline Apres is the place to party and it’s sure to have you coming back for more. Apres kicks off daily at 3pm and is highlighted daily drink specials and the Coors Apres on Saturday, featuring Coors Big Cans. Don’t miss out on $3 Coors and Coors Light drafts all day every day!

Imperial Palace

Jack’s Bar

After a big day on the slopes, you can go big at Jack’s apres, daily from 3 – 6pm, or catch your favorite team on one of our many TV’s! A live band will be playing all of your favorites every Wednesday through Saturday. For great value check out our daily drink specials or have a bratwurst and beer combo. Don’t miss out on our Infused Bloody Mary’s — the best at Copper. Open daily from 10am to 6pm. Located right next to Jack’s Slopeside Grill.

Jill’s Outdoor Bar

Come visit Copper’s only exclusively outdoor Umbrella Bar located on the Conference Center deck by the Flyer lift. Jill’s bar has a distinctive European setting and great views of the mountain.

Pizza Carlo

Copper Mountain’s best Pizza joint. Pizza Carlo specializes in signature pizzas, pizza by the slice, giant calzones, hot deli subs, fresh salads, a full bar and daily specials. Located in Copper Junction in the Center Village.

Salsa Mountain Cantina

Serving authentic Mexican cuisine. Enjoy homemade tamales, rellenos and South Western specialties, and even a kids section on our “south-of-the-boarder” menu. Kids eat free on Sunday nights, local’s favorite bar, and non-smoking dining room. Open for lunch and dinner.

Storm King Lounge

Camp Hale

Stop in for a quick coffee to get your day going, or a bite between activites. Enjoy bagels, pastries and a full cappuccino bar. Located on the first floor of Copper Station at the base of the Super Bee.

Double Diamond

Locally owned and operated, the Double Diamond serves up a variety of steaks, sandwiches, pizzas and mouth-watering burgers. Be sure to stop in on any Friday for the all-you-can-eat Friday Fish Fry. Open for lunch and dinner. Located in the Foxpine Inn. Open daily from 11am-9pm. (970) 968-2880.

Grand Hall
Climb aboard; next stop Copper Station, featuring mountain side adventure and scrumptious entreé selections. Grand Hall Market is the home of the 5 spot with over 15 items for only $5 seven days a week.

JJ’s Tavern

Enjoy a casual “chop house” meal in this turn of the century tavern based on the legacy of JJ and Molly Brown, historical figures of the area. Lunch is a tempting variety of high country cuisine such as stone oven pizzas, sandwiches, burgers and big salads. Apres gets going every day at 3pm and features super sized drafts and Live music with Wayne Faust, John Truscelli and Bert Fonte.

Union Creek

Union Creek Food Court

Union Creek is our family area and home of The Schoolhouse, our ski and snowboard school just for kids. Right out the back door is our beginner friendly, family terrain. The Union Creek Food Court offers a variety of delicious entrees and a kids only station with items to make the young ones smile. Try our bbq sampler plate, or a slice of pizza and Coors light. Great combos at a great value! Open 8am-3pm. The bar opens at 10am with a variety of apres specials from 3-5pm. Located in the West Village next to the Schoolhouse. A Camp Hale is located here.

Solitude Station BBQ

Refuel at the top of the mountain with Cajun specialties! Solitude offers an array of scrumptious food selections in the food court, featuring our homemade crawfish etouffee, jambalaya and gumbo, as well as favorites like burgers, pizza and soup. For great value, don’t miss our Kids specials or grill and pizza combos. Also, get hot coffee drinks, chai, baked pastries and bagels at Camp Hale Coffee. Solitude station is perched on Copper Mountain, at the top of the American Eagle lift.

Stop in for a quick bite and enjoy the beauty of the Rocky Mountains. Enjoy bagels, pastries, cookies and a full cappuccino bar. Located at the top of the American Eagle Lift in Solitude Station.

Flyers Soup Shack

Flyers is the local’s little secret. Ten cozy seats are available inside and make a great place to warm up over a bowl of hot and savory soup. On sunny days, we fire up the outside barbecue and turn up the tunes for a great place to catch some rays, meet friends and enjoy the spectacular views! Inquire about booking flyers for an outdoor event for your group! Open weekends weather permitting. Flyers is located on the mountain, at the top of the American Flyer lift.

T-Rex Grill

Seat yourself on our multi-level deck with a cold one in one hand and a great burger in the other! T-Rex is a great pit stop for those days you just don’t want to come off the mountain. Ask about the Kids Eatz pecial for $4.95! Open daily from 10:30am to 2:30pm. Weather permitting. Located on the mountain, at the base of the Timberline Express Lift.
