The Lift is approximately 200 yards from the Quicksilver chairlift located on Peak 9. This Breckenridge condominium is 1/2 a block away from the Breckenridge Brewery and La Cima Mall which is located on Main Street. Main Street shopping is another popular attraction. Main Street Station which has numerous shops, cafe’s and restaurants. On your way to the chairlift, take a look at Maggies Pond and all the iceskating.

Distance to Chair Lift: 800 ft to the Quicksilver Super Six Chairlift at Peak 9.

Distance to Main Street: 1 1/2 Blocks

The Clubhouse is located at the end of the cul-de-sac. There are 2 outdoor 20 man hot-tubs and a full length outdoor pool. The hot-tubs are the largest in Breckenridge. There is a locker room and shower inside as well as 2 indoor hot-tubs. An attendant is there to service you if you have any questions. No towels are provided at the clubhouse so don’t forget to bring them with you and return them to your room.

There is an outdoor heated pool that is maintained in the summer and winter. The outdoor hot tubs can seat up to 20 people.
