Bay View is a quiet complex that borders the Dillon Reservoir and the recreation trails, and is near Frisco and Main Street in Frisco. Frisco is a quaint, historic mining town with great dining and shopping opportPropertyies, and is centrally located in the heart of Summit County. Summit County’s major ski resorts including Keystone, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountain are only a few miles away. Summer visitors can enjoy exceptional hiking, biking and water activities at the Frisco Marina on Lake Dillon, and for shoppers, the Silverthorne factory outlet stores are just a few miles away.

There is covered, reserved parking for one vehicle and plenty of outdoor parking for other vehicles. Guests have free access to the newly remodeled clubhouse that has an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, racquetball court, and laundry room. Outside there are three additional hot tubs and a tennis court.
