Realtor Referral Contract
Rocky Mountain Resort Management does hereby agree to
refer all clients from
_______________________________________ (Realtor) back
to him/her if they contact Rocky Mountain Resort
Management to sell their home or buy another. Rocky
Mountain Resort Management hereby agrees that for the
customer _____________________________________, we shall
call, e-mail , fax or write the Realtor to notify them
as quickly as possible of the customers intent to buy or
sell property in Summit County. Rocky Mountain Resort
Management can not be responsible if the customer
chooses to go a different direction, but will make every
attempt to refer the customer back to the Realtor.
Rocky Mountain Resort Management further agrees to
pay the realtor one percent (1%) of all rental fee
commissions received by Rocky Mountain Resort Management
on the property located at
_____________________________________________________________________________
and owned by __________________________________________.
Said fee shall be disbursed by November 30th for the
preceding year. Realtor agrees to sign a 1099 form for
receipt of said referrals.
